What happens if I received a damaged product or one that doesn’t meet my requirements?

We ask you to check the products as soon you receive them. You can inform us about any damages or discrepancies within 3 working days from delivery by telephone or email. You will have to provide us the invoice number, product’s code, claimed damages where appropriate and pictures.

If you want to return the products, you can do it in term of seven working days from day of receiving, for a change or a refund, excluding the delivery costs

Who is responsible for paying the delivery charges when returning the products?

Postage fee will be your responsibility except where the products are damaged, defective or incomplete.
Goods must be returned as new in the packaging the have been desptched in, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept the return. Damaged goods will be returned to you.

When can I receive my money back?

When exercising the legal right of the return the product, you will receive a refund within 30 days of the return.

All the products can be returned?

The following products are not returnable:

  • The customized products or those that have been made to your requirements. In case of cancellation of orders for customized products that have already gone into production, you will be required to pay the full amount for the products
  • Products that have been used.
  • Products that have been damaged after you received them or during the return.

Can I cancel an order placed online?

In case you cancel the order after it has been shipped, you will have to bear the delivery costs, and be liable to pay a cancellation fee of 20% of the order.
